Min A, a two-month-old infant, was abandoned at the hospital by her twenty-year-old mother, following the refusal of the father, a foreign tourist, to acknowledge paternity. Min A represents one of the 15,000 children worldwide who are born and subsequently abandoned as a result of sex tourism.
