A home visit was conducted today with a 45-year-old female resident experiencing significant hardship following a previous stroke. She is currently providing sole care for her 8-year-old grandchild, who consequently is unable to attend school. We are collaborating with the social services department to develop an appropriate intervention strategy. Further updates will be provided.
